The summer vacations are almost over. Vísir’s longliners are already at sea and the production plants are starting their activities again, the one after the other. Today fish processing started in Djúpivogur and activities will start again on Wednesday in Grindavík. The production plant in Húsavík will restart on Thursday

Vísir hf.´s housing in Thingeyri is currently undergoing a renovation. Over fifty people work there. Björn Björgvinsson is in charge of a handsome group of workers, men and women, as seen in the attached pictures.
